សំអឿន និស្ស័យបុណ្យ (Nicseybon Samoeun)
Nicseybon Samoeun (សំអឿន និស្ស័យបុណ្យ) was born and raised in Phnom Penh. Nicsey currently is a student at the Department of Media and Communication at RUPP. She is very passionate about media and journalism. During her free time she loves reading news articles, blogs as well as practicing writing. She would like to see Cambodia become more open with freedom of speech, a place where citizens would be able to express their opinion without any fear or concern. Hoping that she could play a part in fighting for this freedom, Nicsey decided to join Newsroom Cambodia training so that it would guide her further towards her goals and career.
